As the Sales Liaison, a sales/customer support role, your function is essential to assisting the Account and Advertising Executives in developing and winning new business.

The Liaison must have experience in a high demand customer service selling environment. At least 1 year of sales support experience or applicable administrative experience. Demonstrates leadership to self-manage.

•    Must be passionate about Online, Digital, and Social Media with the desire to work in a fast paced start up environment, grasping new concepts quickly.
•    Previous work in technology, media, advertising or online sales is preferred, but not required.
•    Experience supporting up to six-person sales team
•    Extremely organized, ability to multi-task and great attention to detail;
•    Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills;
•    Excellent listening and prospecting skills;
•    Proficient in the entire current Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Excellent active listening, problem solving, and closing skills with a contagiously positive attitude!
•    Impeccable business judgment; professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation.
•    Strong knowledge & familiarity with Internet online media math (CPM/CPC/CPA), advertising models, Ad optimization, audience trends, and technologies.
•    Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience (5+ years in a B2B sales or business development role in media, advertising or sponsorship sales) is preferred, but not required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with a desire to work in a vibrant open communication environment. It is essential that you are outgoing and creative, with strong communication skills to deal with diverse personalities. You will manage, service, and support executives during and after the sales process.

Responsibilities:
•    Provide information in response to incoming calls from leads regarding sales questions, marketing materials, technical information, and service information relating to TSFP’s solutions.
•    Submit follow-up requests on behalf of Account/Advertising Executives to business customers, regarding advertisement materials, service in dates and service information.
•    Become proficient with proprietary software programs such as OLT, TaxSlayer Pro, Drake, and Crosslink tax software.
•    Proof and customize marketing documents (Sale Sheets, Proposals, etc.).
•    Daily maintenance of display inventory items within your territory.

Daily Expectations:
This position requires daily contact with Account/Advertising Executives within a specified territory. In this role you will send documents, proof sales materials and answer call on Reps behalf. This type of work requires relationship building, a high degree of accuracy, and is non-routine.

Compensation:
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $14.50/hr.
Bonus: $50 to $500 /month
